Sally did a fabulous job presenting material that was new to many in our volunteer managers group and balanced it perfectly with open dialogue and an opportunity for everyone to share. She is approachable and engaging and is able to explain terms in ways everyone can understand and relate to. Everyone left the meeting feeling energized and with a list of actionable steps to take.
